EMDR (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing) is based on the idea that we carry memories of upsetting things that have happened to us and that we also hold the keys to our own healing and wellness. By working collaboratively to identify negative thoughts you may have about yourself based in traumatic memories (large and small!) you may have carried around for months or years, we will use EMDR to help reduce your suffering and improve your positive beliefs about yourself.
